AMDETUR reserves the right to supervise the proper use of its intellectual property (AMDETUR’s trademark, hereinafter the “Trademark”), in addition, it will notify you, immediately and in writing, in case of any violation to its intellectual property and / or the Trademark displayed in the website http://www.timeshare-equity-services.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”).

Any improper use of the Trademark on the Website is a breach to Mexican and foreign intellectual property laws, as well as rights contemplated in civil, criminal, commercial and other administrative laws. Should you incur in any improper use of the Trademark, AMDETUR will have the right to: (a) require you to cease immediately the use of the Trademark; (B) require you to cease immediately reproducing, posting or advertising the Trademark; (C) require you to establish a proper use for the Trademark; or (d) may initiate any applicable legal proceedings, actions, claims or lawsuits in order to defend its intellectual property rights with regarding the Trademark.

By using the Trademark on the Website, you acknowledge that AMDETUR is not involved in the sale, marketing, purchase or any other transaction and / or negotiation transactions carried out between you and the clients, or the conditions stipulated for such. Consequently AMDETUR shall not be held liable for the existence, quality, quantity, status, integrity or legitimacy of the goods, products and / or services offered, acquired or disposed by TIMESHARE EQUITY SERVICES, as well as the capacity to comply with the obligations you assume towards your clients.

If one of your clients initiates any type of claim or legal action against TIMESHARE EQUITY SERVICES, you hereby release AMDETUR, its associates, members, affiliates, directors, managers, employees, agents, operators, and representatives from any kind of liability or compensation whatsoever.

AMDETUR does not offer or guarantee any of the products offered directly by TIMESHARE EQUITY SERVICES, nor does it guarantee any refund to its clients if the supplier fails to comply with any of its products, goods and / or services for which the client has already made the payment. Any reimbursement must be processed directly before TIMESHARE EQUITY SERVICES.

AMDETUR assumes no liability before you, and therefore you release AMDETUR from any liability derived of acts, omissions or any kind of complaint or dissatisfaction coming from the products and / or services offered by TIMESHARE EQUITY SERVICES by the direct suppliers of products advertised on the Website. By virtue of that, AMDETUR has no control or legal relationship regarding TIMESHARE EQUITY SERVICES’ personnel, equipment, operation or assets.
